Butterflies

Butterflies are beautiful to watch, flying gracefully, landing only to take off again to find another tempting spot to rest. Their colors are unique, vivid orange to serene pale blue. It is easy to forget the path the butterfly must take to become.

As Maya Angelou said,

"We delight in the beauty of the butterfly, but rarely admit the changes it has gone through to achieve that beauty."

As we each grow and evolve into our own unique butterfly, sometimes we forget that there is darkness before light, pain before change, ignorance before knowledge, forgiveness before freedom, or curiosity before enlightenment. 

I chose the butterfly as my logo because they are enchanting. They show the beauty the world has to offer and evoke the magic in all of us and everywhere around us if we look. Butterflies remind us there is a path to growth and evolution. It is the light we turn on inside ourselves that glows and keeps us going, and shines as a beacon to others.
